Eric Christensen
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Eric serves as Regional Director of Operations for The Springs Living and has worked in senior living since 2005. Eric joined The Springs Living team in 2015 and is affectionately known as “Big Red” among his peers.
Greg Young
Community Services Director
Greg has been with The Springs at Tanasbourne since we broke ground in 2007. After a brief period at our Sherwood community, he returned in 2014. Greg is married with two daughters. In his free time, Greg enjoys skiing (snow and water) and spending time with his extended family.
Victor Lana
Health Services Administrator
Victor started at The Springs at Tanasbourne in 2015. Victor earned a BS in Recreational Therapy. He was an Activity Director, a Nursing Home Administrator and led a Home Health & Home Care group. Victor loves to boat, ride four-wheelers, hike, do Cross-Fit, run obstacle courses and is a Star Wars fanatic.
Christy Charnquist
Life Enrichment Director
Christy has used her combined experience from the music industry in Nashville and as Professional organizer in her current role as The Life Enrichment Director for The Springs at Tanasbourne. Christy is one of original employees hired prior to opening The Springs at Tanasbourne in 2007.
