Gina Crowe
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Gina earned her BS degree in Biology from Idaho State University. Her career in executive leadership spans more than two decades and includes owning and operating Customized Medical Billing and Practice Management in Arizona and Director of Operations for Adventist Healthcare System in Texas. Gina joined The Springs at Missoula in 2017 and believes that to make a change you must “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” (Ghandi)
Nicole Guay, LPN
Health Services Administrator
Nicole graduated as an LPN from the University of Montana in 2000. She has dedicated the majority of her career to caring for those suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Nicole and her family relocated to Missoula from Butte.
Crystal Liberatori
Resident Services Coordinator
Crystal began her career at the Springs at Missoula in 2009 as a CNA. She completed training to become a Medication Aide and is now serving as the Resident Services Coordinator in Assisted Living. Crystal is both passionate and devoted to helping people, especially the elderly.
Terry Price
Director of Plant Operations
Terry is a Montana native, husband, father of two and grandfather of two. He is an avid Green Bay Packer fan, NY Yankee fan and Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan.
