Toni Sly
Executive Director
Toni has been with The Springs at Mill Creek since 2015 with a rich history of supporting seniors. Toni is a transplant from Utah and fell in love with Oregon, especially The Dalles, almost immediately.
Heather Powell
Business Office Manager
Heather was born and raised in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. She has been with The Springs at Mill Creek since 1997 and enjoys everything about the community.
Matthew Eby
Director of Community Relations
Matt has a wide array of skills and interests including a love of sports and sports medicine. His experience in the hospital and outpatient setting has helped many potential residents and families to better understand Senior Housing options. Matt joined The Springs at Mill Creek in 2017 with a ton of enthusiasm to be part of this wonderful community.
Naomi Ma’ae
Health Services Administrator
Naomi has lived in The Dalles since 2011 making The Springs at Mill Creek her first (and only) job in The Dalles. Naomi feels fortunate to have found such a great team.
