Tom Brooks
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tom has a broad history of service to seniors and their families in multiple settings including skilled care, independent living, assisted living and memory care. He began his work in the senior living profession as a Skilled Nursing Administrator and then found his passion in Community Based Care. Tom is invested in creating and maintaining a culture where employees can thrive in their service to older adults and is thrilled to be a part of this seasoned team.
Gary Chek
Director of Community Relations
Gary joined The Springs at Clackamas Woods in 2019 after five years of service with our two Salem communities. When not working he enjoys Amtrak Train travel and RV camping with his family.
Sam Bailey
Director of Life Enrichment
Sam has worked with seniors since 2005 utilizing his culinary and nutritional skills. In 2011, he earned his ACE certification as a personal trainer and has found his calling in helping others with their health and wellness goals. Sam joined The Springs at Clackamas Woods in 2019.
Sara Sievers
Resident Relations Manager
Sara started with The Springs at Clackamas Woods in August 2014. Sara’s career in senior care started in her thirties and has included being a live-in manager at an Independent Living community and a Business Office Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility. With a BS Degree in Human Development from Warner Pacific College, Sara feels blessed to be able to work doing what she loves to do.
