Amy Brown
Executive Director
A native to Oregon, Amy studied Health Care Administration at Oregon State University and also received a certificate in Gerontology. Amy has been serving seniors since 1997 with experience in continuing care retirement living, skilled nursing, home care, and wellness services.
Scott Warden
Director of Community Relations
Scott has a BA in Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada, and a Master of Divinity from McGill University in Montreal. Scott has been in the Portland area since 1997 and has experience working in senior living since 2002. Scott joined The Springs at Carman Oaks in 2018.
Curchelle Ensign
Health Services Administrator
Curchelle has been with The Springs at Carman Oaks since 2012 working in various positions including Medication Aide and Resident Services Coordinator. Curchelle has a sincere passion for serving others through her commitment to person-directed care, encouraging each resident to live a joyful life.
Robert Young
Director of Plant Operations
Robert joined the Air Force towards the end of the Viet Nam War and then worked as an Air Traffic Controller across the U.S. Later he worked as a carpenter, bridge builder, spec home builder, and electrician. He found his calling as a maintenance director of a large retirement community in Sacramento serving elders and joined The Springs at Carman Oaks in 2014.
