Terek Beckman
Executive Director
Terek has been in the senior living profession since 2008. With a focus on staff development, Terek creates a culture of camaraderie and service among his team that promotes the very best care and customer service for residents. Terek moved to Bozeman to join The Springs Living in 2018.
Danielle Naffziger
Community Relations Director
Born and raised in Montana, Danielle graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelors in Family Science. Her career has spanned being a Business Analyst to a Chief Operations Officer and in 2019 to The Springs Living at Bozeman where serving seniors is her passion.
Shannon Naegele
Health Services Administrator
Shannon has been in the healthcare profession since 2007. She is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of our residents and their family’s quality of care. She is focused on implementing your personal care to facilitate improving your well-being. Shannon moved to Bozeman and joined The Springs Living in 2018.
